Reshipment Conditions:
- Package must show no delivery progress for 30+ days from shipment date

How long does processing take?
USA orders process within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). International orders process within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends as postal services are closed.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Expedited shipping options are not available. For fastest delivery, choose our USA Domestic Shipping option (4-5 business days). We do not offer express or overnight shipping services.
What if my address is wrong?
Address corrections must be made within 2 hours of ordering. Contact support immediately if you need to change your shipping address.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All packages use plain, unmarked packaging with no external indications of contents. Return address is generic.
What if my order comes from multiple warehouses?
We operate multiple warehouses globally. If your order contains products from different warehouses, additional shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout. This ensures each product ships from the closest location for fastest delivery.
What's your shipping success rate?
Our shipping success rate exceeds 97% for domestic orders and 95% for international orders.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday-Friday) as postal services are closed on weekends.
