Domestic vs International Shipping: What to Expect
When shopping at Dragon Pharma Store, customers choose the shipping warehouse before adding a product to the cart. Each product can be selected from either a domestic (USA) or an international warehouse, when available.
The chosen warehouse determines shipping speed, cost, and delivery expectations. Domestic shipping is typically faster and priced higher, while international shipping is more affordable but may take longer due to transit and customs processing.
All items in an order are shipped from the warehouse selected by the customer. If products are selected from different warehouses, the order may be shipped in separate packages, each following the shipping method chosen at the product level.
Tracking information is provided once shipments are dispatched. Depending on the carrier and destination, tracking updates may vary in frequency and detail, especially for international deliveries.
This system is designed to give customers full control over shipping options, allowing them to balance speed and cost according to their preferences.

International warehouse orders may experience minor processing and shipping delays from September 18 through October 8. USA warehouse orders will continue shipping normally with no scheduled interruption.
