How Store Credit (Cashback) Works
Dragon Pharma Store offers store credit (cashback) as a reward for eligible purchases. Store credit is issued only on full-priced orders and is automatically added to your account after the order is successfully completed.
Orders that include any discounts, promotions, or special offers do not qualify for cashback. This includes first-order discounts, seasonal sales, and product-specific promotions.
Once issued, store credit can be viewed directly in your account dashboard and used toward future purchases. Each credit balance includes an expiration date, which is displayed clearly to ensure full transparency.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. It is intended as a loyalty benefit for customers placing regular, full-priced orders.

International warehouse orders may experience minor processing and shipping delays from September 18 through October 8. USA warehouse orders will continue shipping normally with no scheduled interruption.
