Ran Dragon var at 50mg a day for 8 weeks. Split the dose 25mg morning and 25mg pre workout. Was on a cut so calories at maintenance with high protein. No test base just the var alone because I wanted to see what it could do. Strength stayed high even in a deficit. Shoulders and traps got that hard dry look around week 4. No major sides except some back pumps when doing deadlifts or walking on incline treadmill. Taurine helped a lot. I can tell it was real var because my lipids took a hit and my hdl dropped. Bloodwork confirmed it. Overall a solid product from DP. Would use again for a summer cut.
